The hotel was well placed on Osborne Road with good parking facilities. There was an excellent choice for breakfast. The room clean.
Unfortunately, we were placed in a room at the front of the hotel which had traffic noise through the night. Not only was the mattress of the double bed very uncomfortable, the plastic mattress cover did not aid a good night's rest. If I were to stay again it would have to be in a different room wtih a more comfortable bed.

Excellent location, extremely friendly and helpful staff - especially as far as parking was concerned, I was offered the use of their parking permit if I was unable to get into their parking area. Room was clean and bright. Only stayed one night so could not give a really detailed overview.
Room was probably a bit on the small side for two people, therefore making it hard to move around too much.

The location was excellent and great value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really nice just what was needed after our night out - I would definitely stay here again if I return
